Bagh (https://bagh.wine) is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and various other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bagh and its users.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the Bagh platform:

• Once the "Confirm Bet" button has been clicked, the bet cannot be cancelled.
• Live bet odds can change at any moment once a match has started. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• If a match is cancelled or fewer overs/minutes are played than scheduled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a result dispute, the official scoring authority's data will be considered final.
• If a bet is recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error, Bagh reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set individually for each event.

Bagh supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services. All payment-related rules are outlined below:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Transacting through third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–24 hours.
• If money laundering or suspicious activity is detected, the transaction will be placed on hold pending investigation.
